Dirty Laundry Vineyard is a small but growing winery in Summerland, BC located high above the original townsite, on a plateau that enjoys an ideal microclimate and excellent sun exposure for growing exceptional grapes. Thanks to the vision of the vineyard’s founders, Dirty Laundry Vineyard has some of the oldest vinifera vines in the Okanagan Valley. The winery features a most welcoming and beguiling vine covered patio that overlooks orchards, vineyards, Okanagan Lake as well as the historical Trestle Bridge at Trout Creek Canyon.

The history of First Estates has been one of buy and sell. The winery was just recently sold to the Sivertsti family.  The winery now hopes to produce wines in what they call the

Owned and operated by George Lerchs and Gerri Davis.  They began their adventure after retiring and opened the Grape Escape bed and breakfast.  The property had 10 years old vines on it at the time of purchase. George had learned to make wines from friends.  When guests at the B&B asked to buy wine, he decided to open the winery. The primary varieties grown here are Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer.

The first vines were planted in 1996 and the first harvest in the fall of 1998. Since that time Greata Ranch Vineyards has produced high quality grapes that have been showcased in many CedarCreek wines. In the spring of 2003 the first of the Greata Ranch wines were released under their own label and sold from the Greata location.

Hainle Vineyards Estate Winery is located in the sunny Okanagan wine region of British Columbia, Canada. The winery has a strong commitment to natural chemical free viticulture and handcrafted winemaking. Our own vineyards are managed naturally chemical free. We are dedicated to producing the highest possible quality, naturally dry, fully fermented wines.

Owned by Lawrence Hopper, the primary varieties in the vineyard are Pinot Gris, Gewurtztraminer and Merlot. The property is called Hijas Bonitas (translates from Spanish to Beautiful Daughters) in honour of his two daughters.

Sumac Ridge Estate Winery, established in the quaint town of Summerland, BC was founded by Harry McWatters, a leader in the Canadian wine industry. Sumac Ridge is dedicated to producing premium wines that celebrate the essence of the Okanagan Valley.  Winemaker, Mark Wendenburg, one of the Okanagan’s most awarded winemakers, has led the winemaking team at Sumac Ridge Estate Winery since 1992. The Summerhill Pyramid Vineyard comprises over 80 acres of which approximately 50 are planted. The organically grown grape varieties include; Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer, Ehrenfelser and Pinot Meunier. They are flourishing here in the northernmost desert viticulture region of the world.  Summerhill is a Certified Organic Vineyard using no herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers in the soil.

Established in 2004, Tantalus Vineyards is situated on the eastern slopes of the Okanagan Valley overlooking the shores of Lake Okanagan and the city of Kelowna. Tantalus is dedicated to growing and producing limited quantities of exceptional Riesling, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Originally known as Pioneer Vineyards, the site was first planted to grapes in 1927 and is one of the oldest continuously producing vineyards in British Columbia. Today, Riesling vines planted in 1978 make up the backbone of the vineyard. The vineyard consists of forty acres of varied topography. Each block demonstrates its own particular aspect and slope. This results in different fruit characteristics that add depth and complexity to the wine. Tantalus wines are made exclusively from fruit grown at our vineyard. Hand tending the vines and practicing sustainable viticulture allows each wine to express the unique terroir of this historic site.

Established in 1999, the winery’s southwestern Santa Fe style reflects the natural landscape of the Okanagan.  Our Cellar Master, Jason Fraser, and wine making consultant, Christine Leroux, together create some of the finest award winning wines around. Every aspect of the wine creation is overseen by the Fraser family, from the delicate art of the growing stages right through to the final stages of the finished product. Our wines are produced from three diverse vinyards located around Giants Head mountain. Together, our 18.3 acres include plantings of Gewztraminer, Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Savignon Blanc, Gammay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris, and the rare Orange Muskat.
